It is vital in considering large urban interventions, to create an imaginative union and to control this throughout the development process. We can visualise this both with drawn and 3D interactive models, as well as building plywood models of schemes.

BTP won a RICS Award for its master planned re-development at Greenheys in Moss Side, Manchester in 2012. This is an urban infill scheme of 65 dwellings with new public squares and roads, solar water heating for all units in a dynamic contemporary style. It has artist produced features and acts as a landmark on one of the main routes into Manchester from the South.
