St Anne's Church Haughton Restoration Completes
We're thrilled to announce the completion of the restoration journey for St. Anne's Church in Haughton! As conservation architects, it's been an honor to contribute to the preservation of this magnificent Grade I listed landmark.
Originally constructed in 1880 by architect J. Medland Tayler, St. Anne's Church is a true architectural treasure, showcasing a remarkable blend of Victorian, medieval, and Elizabethan influences, including its distinctive Scandinavian-style roof design.
At BTP, we undertook a meticulous renovation process, carefully restoring the intricate mosaics, repairing the majestic spire, and preserving the charm of the lychgate roof. Our dedicated team worked tirelessly to revive the building's historic splendor, ensuring it remains a cherished part of Denton's heritage.
Today, St. Anne's Church stands proudly once more, offering a glimpse into the past while serving as a vibrant hub for the community to enjoy for generations to come.
Thanks to our photographer Neil Alexander Downie for the use of the images.
