Kingsway House unveiled following transformation
We're thrilled to announce the completion of the spectacular £6.4 million transformation of the 9-storey Kingsway House tower block in Warrington!
Over the course of three years, the dedicated team at BTP Architects, in collaboration with Torus and HMS, embarked on a remarkable journey to rejuvenate this iconic 1960s tower block in the Latchford area.
Teaming up with Torus, we've delivered 53 refurbished, social-rent apartments, equipped with modern safety features and energy-efficient enhancements.
Our specialist team also breathed new life into the outdated communal spaces and gardens, fostering a strong sense of community and well-being among residents.
With support from the Government's Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, we've integrated cutting-edge retrofit energy-efficient solutions, paving the way for a sustainable future for Kingsway House.
On March 8th, 2024, residents moved into their new homes, marking yet another milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating spaces that enhance lives and communities.
