BTP transforms former school site in Bolton to provide 40 new homes
We're pleased to announce the completion of the £6.5m redevelopment of the St Osmund's RC Primary School site in Bolton! 🎓✨
As lead architects, we worked with McCauls and Bolton at Home to deliver 40 new affordable homes, recently handed over to tenants. The development includes 11 three-bedroom houses, 5 two-bedroom houses, and a three-story apartment block with 18 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments.
These homes, available for affordable rent and rent-to-buy, significantly contribute to the area’s affordable housing needs.
