BTP redevelops former St Helens pub to provide affordable homes
BTP were delighted to see the completion of a £1.8m redevelopment of the former Railway Hotel in Newton-le-Willows!
In partnership with HMS and Torus, we transformed the long-vacant pub into 15 new affordable homes, now named Railway Court.
This project has helped to enrich the local community and provides much-needed affordable one and two-bedroom apartments in the town centre.
