Design and delivery of luxury private residence in a conservation area.

BTP were architecs on a bespoke family home in the Heaton Mersey Conservation Area, Stockport.

Replacing an existing garage to the rear of Didsbury Road, this three-storey home has been designed in a late Victorian/early Edwardian style to complement the surrounding streetscape while creating a contemporary family home.

The property includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and family space, plus a craft studio and home office. BTP Architects provided the architectural design, together with the CDM Principal Designer and Building Regulations Principal Designer services.
