Delivery of 36 homes for outright sale
BTP Architects were thrilled to partner with contractor HMS to deliver Torus Homes' first outright sale scheme in St Helens. The £4.8m project, named Ecclesia Park, is located in the Gillars Green area and includes 36 new homes comprising bungalows, and 2-4 bedroom detached and semi-detached houses. Each home is built to a high specification with fitted kitchens and bathrooms, private gardens, and allocated parking.
The development has completely revitalized the area, updating four existing apartment blocks to create modern, affordable homes. This project provides local residents with a sustainable and manageable way to get on the property ladder.
