BTP were architects on a transformative three-year project, which has revitalised a landmark 1960's towerblock in the Latchford area of Warrington.

We worked with client Torus in partnership with contractor HMS to deliver the project, which has created 53 newly refurbished apartments, together with enhanced safety features, communal areas and gardens.

The project has also benefited from the Government's Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, providing a range of retrofit energy efficient improvements for residents.
