External refurbishment and recladding of landmark apartment block in Lancaster

BTP are lead architects on the £6m refurbishment of an iconic 100 apartment block in Lancaster City Gateway. The project is currently on-siite and includes external façade refurbishment comprising a new EWI system and fire stopping.
