We were appointed to design and deliver a programme of 72 new build two- and three bedroom houses and bungalows constructed over five brownfield sites as part of the Group's Affordable Homes Programme. The majority were small, challenging infill sites, all containing issues with regards to planning. Taking 18 months to build, the homes were a mixture of shared ownership and market rent.
Our expertise in regenerating problem sites ensured that we delivered innovative solutions and designed out issues within the neighbourhoods. We worked with two separate contractors using our project management/standard house type capabilities on the project whilst delivering economies and maintaining consistency in the design and quality.
