Design and delivery of 40 new affordable homes
BTP were lead architects on this project to transform the former St Osmund's RC primary school site into 40 new affordable homes for Bolton at Home. The homes have recently been handed over to delighted tenants.
In collaboration with contractor McCauls, BTP delivered 11 three-bedroom houses, 5 two-bedroom houses, and a three-story apartment block comprising 18 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. These homes are available for affordable rent and rent-to-buy, contributing significantly to the local housing needs.
