The Kinross Street estate includes a variety of two- and three-bedroom bungalows and houses, designed to meet the needs of a variety of tenants, including families and older people.

Sustainability is at the heart of the development, with the timber-framed homes “future-proofed” to meet modern environmental standards. Features include solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging points, ensuring the homes are both cost-effective and eco-friendly.

Throughout the development, the project team worked closely with local residents to shape the scheme – including enhancing the existing public space for new and existing residents
