The land on Fleetwood’s Lane became available when the former Cabbage Pub tragically burnt down. To prevent deterioration of the area, BTP worked with OVH to design much needed affordable housing solutions, supporting their vision to reinvest and strengthen communities.

BTP's design delivers high quality, contemporary affordable accommodation that is low carbon with long product life cycles.  Electric car charging points have been included helping to enhance the local environment.
