Remodeling of Headquarters building to provide 17 new apartments and an important community resource.
BTP were architects on a project to refurbish and remodel the existing Headquarters of MSV Housing to create an important community resource.
BTP has redmodelled the first floor of the building to provide 17 self-contained apartments for care leavers. The scheme provides much needed, high quality and affordable homes for young people – their first forever home.
The ground floor comprises flexible meeting and office space and has become the base of MSV’s new Positive Futures service. Positive Futures provides training and support for anyone in the community who wants to access training and courses to develop the skills needed to move back into employment.
