Veterans' Village, East Manchester featured on BBC's DIYSOS. BTP were project architects and surveyors on scheme to transform row of dilapidated terraces into bespoke homes for army veterans working with Manchester City Council.

4 Learning Disabilities Schemes, Manchester - BTP are designing 70 new adapted homes across 4 sites in Manchester working in partnership with MCC and 3 RPs for people with a range of learning disabilities.

Spinning Gate, Davyhulme Working for clients Laurus Homes and Seddon Construction, this £6.2 million contract sees BTP transform the former site of the derelict Nag’s Head public house into a block of 65 modern apartments for shared ownership and market rent.

51-53 Rochdale Road, Middleton - BTP were conservation architects on this project to repair and restore two Grade II listed houses, originally designed by architect Edgar Wood.  The project recently won the the Rochdale Borough Council Design Awards 2018.

Manchester Road, Congleton - BTP are currently architects on a scheme to design and build 90 new build homes across two sites for clients Laurus Homes and Seddon Construction. Contract value £12m.
