Streamlining Compliance with BTP's Building Regulations Principal Designer Service

It is now a year since the Building Safety Regulator was appointed, and the Principal Designer (PD) role introduced by the Building Safety Act 2022 has now become a critical part of building regulation compliance. Every new project requiring a building regulation application must now have an appointed PD, including Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs).

As clients, ensuring compliance and accountability at every stage of your project is more important than ever. Our team of building safety experts are here to help you navigate the complexities of the legislation and meet your responsibilities.

The Act places a heightened focus the Client to ensure the project is built in accordance with approved plans. This means Clients are responsible for making arrangements to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
