How BTP can help
If you are planning to bid for wave two funding, you need to start preparing today.
Any work funded through the SHDF to improve the EPC rating of your eligible properties requires Trustmark approved contractors and consultants. BTP are registered with Trustmark and can provide the required PAS 2035 consultant services including: Retrofit Assessor, Co-ordinator and Designer.
BTP is currently working with RPs on a number of SHDF funded retrofit projects, which has given us invaluable insight and understanding of the process.
