Josh Pearson
BA(Hons), M.Arch, Dip.DEA, ARB.
Having joined BTP as an Architectural Assistant in 2020, I have since qualified as an Architect following the successful completion of my RIBA Part III course. During my time at the practice, I have also attained a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA), qualified as a PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor and I am currently training to become a SAP Assessor too. Over the last few years, I have developed a particular interest in Conservation Architecture through working on projects such as Bootle & Southport Town Halls, Wilbraham St. Ninian’s URC, St. Annes Church and the Cambridge Arcade. Alongside my work in the Conservation sector, I am also working on a number of large scale Retrofit and tower block recladding/remediation projects.
In my spare time away from my desk, I enjoy playing football, keeping fit in the gym, cooking and when the weather (and my annual leave) permits it, skiing with friends, family and colleagues.
