The Willows wins LABC Building Excellence Award in North West
We are delighted that BTP-designed scheme The Willows has won 'Best Large Social Housing Development' in the North West at the LABC Building Excellence Awards for Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
Located on the former Alfred Morris Court Sheltered Housing Complex, the scheme provides 23 apartments for social rent and 11 family homes for shared ownership and outright sale.
BTP worked as architects on the scheme together with contractor Casey, Identity Consult and WML Consultants.
The scheme is a finalist in the national LABC awards in London in January 2023. We've got our fingers crossed we can do it again!
