BTP Architects submits planning on Howley Lane

Planning submitted on Riverside Development

We're thrilled to announce that plans have been submitted for a stunning riverside affordable housing development overlooking the River Mersey. BTP is honored to be serving as the architects on the Howley Lane project, in collaboration with Alderley Group for our client, Housing 21.

Our team has carefully designed 67 high-specification one- and two-bedroom apartments, complemented by a dedicated car park and landscaped gardens, all situated on a 1.4-acre site. This development promises to offer a blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty for its future residents.
