Major Makeover for Salford Apartment Block
BTP Architects has designed an impressive £300,000 makeover for Ailsa House, an ageing apartment block in Salford on a gateway to Media City.
BTP's design has completed modernised the 24-unit apartment block, which now has new kitchens and bathrooms and external improvements and landscaping. The dramatic transformation was carried out by specialist building contractors Emanuel Whittaker.
Salix Homes investment at Ailsa House is part of a £22 million boost into 2,200 homes and communities across Salford over the next 2 years.
